Concept Mechanics


Over the last week we came up with potential game mechanics for the platformer game:

player:
- left right jump shoot
- wall jump
- knocback enemy / by enemy

enemies:
- melee goomba walk
- static ranged defender

weapons:
- normal speed / single / normal accuracy
- slow speed / single / high accuracy
- slow speed / area / normal accuracy
- fast speed / single / low accuracy
- damage type
- etc

armor:
- armor type tech tree (see weapons)

game:
- constant score per enemy
- score multiplier for consecutive kills
- cash per enemy depending on enemy difficulty (consider hp, behaviors, etc)
- level type: highscore/speedrun/etc
